In May 2009, in agreement with the FSA, the realistic valuation report of the AXA Sun Life plc Insurance Return for 2008 (“the Return”) was resubmitted to correct the analysis of change in working capital in section 13. No other elements of the Return were affected by this reanalysis. This revised report was not subject to audit.
