What documentation do I need?

Log in to your AXA Account and check your policy documents to make sure you’re covered for your particular claim. You’ll need to have your policy number, and keep incident details to hand such as dates, reference numbers and receipts, and we’ll guide you through the rest.

How long will my claim take?

Giving us all the relevant information for your claim can really speed things up. However, timescales will vary depending on the kind of insurance claim you need to make and its complexity. But, we’ll try and make the experience as fast as possible for you—for some claims, we can pay out in 24 hours.
