We will also cover you for loss or damage to your own or hired ski equipment and transport costs to another site if the skiing facilities in your resort are closed due to too little or too much snow.
• Sports and activities - although many activities are covered in our standard travel policy the more adventurous ones need to be specified separately.
• Wedding/Civil partnership cover (can only be added before the start date of your trip) - this extends your standard cover to include accidental loss, theft or damage to certain items that are part of your baggage, such as wedding rings, wedding gifts and wedding attire.
• Cruise cover (can only be added before the start date of your trip) - this gives you extended baggage cover of up to £2,500 per person, including a total limit of £500 for all valuables (including jewellery and watches). You will also get compensation for missed shore trips or for when you have to stay in your cabin on the orders of the ship's doctor due to injury or illness.
• Business travel (can only be added before the start date of your trip) - this covers you for accidental loss, theft or damage to business equipment. Also, if a colleague needs to replace you on your business trip due to your death or hospitalisation, we will pay for reasonable additional accommodation and travelling expenses.
