We launched our new Global Vision called ‘Redefining Standards’ because we realised that without your trust, we are nothing, and that trust demands that we do things that prove we are worth trusting.

Too many standards in finance and insurance are sub standard: standards that suit everyone else except you: standards that certainly wouldn’t make you trust anyone: and some quite the opposite. So we decided to ‘do’ something about them.

Having begun this journey to a better place, it made sense to invite you to come with us.

AXA TV Advertising

We have made two adverts: The first is an advert we call Manifesto, which speaks to every one of us who thinks ‘enough is enough’. And it invites us to make a stand against what we don’t want and stand up for what we do.

The second shows how AXA are beginning to ring the changes, in this event with the provision of a specialist Water Damage Claims handler with our Home Insurance.

Each advert shows people making a stand by stepping over a red line: the red line from the AXA logo, as they step from a land of empty financial promises to a land of action and proof.

AXA have also taken over all the tube cards on the Central Line – the other red line running through London! - in a first for any company. Each portraying a different way in which AXA are redefining standards for the better.

There will also be posters and escalator panels and, in another first, there will be large red lines running down the silver centres between escalators.
