(23/08/2005) New recruit to drive forward AXA's private motor book
Anthony Lewis is joining the AXA personal lines underwriting team as private motor product manager with effect from 30 August. Anthony previously worked for MMA where he was motor underwriting manager.
Anthony's main challenge in his new role is to develop and lead the AXA private motor account to become a significant player in the intermediated motor market.
Edward Dutton, AXA's head of personal lines underwriting said: "I am delighted to have recruited Anthony to join my team of product managers. He comes with a wealth of knowledge and experience and an excellent reputation with our broking partners - which I look forward to putting to good use in rebuilding our market position in private motor.
