What can I do if I want to cancel my policy?

You are free to cancel your AXA travel insurance policy at any time. If you cancel within 14 days of receiving your policy documents we will return your premium in full, provided you have not started your trip and have not made, or do not intend to make a claim. If you cancel after 14 days of receipt of your policy documents, no premium refund will be made.
