• We believe in making policies as simple, secure and accessible as possible. That’s why we’ve provided you with an online My AXA Account, where you can access your important documents at any time.

You’ll also be able to add cover options, update your company information or adjust your policy details yourself. And if you need help with anything, just ask – our telephone advisers will be happy to talk to you.

    Accessing your documents

Once you’ve purchased your policy, all your documents will be stored in your online My AXA Account. To manage your policy, all you need are your login details. Your online account allows you to:

    • View and print your policy documents and insurance certificates
    • Check what’s covered in your policy wording
    • Save PDFs of policy documents to send to your clients

    Changing policy details

You can also make changes to your policy if your requirements change. Access your account to:

    • Add optional extras to increase your cover
    • Change the number of employees in your business
    • Add or remove additional drivers
    • Update your company details

Please be aware that some changes – like adding optional extras – will affect the cost of your insurance.

    Renewing your policy

So that you’re always covered, AXA renews most business, van and landlord policies automatically. In any case, we’ll send you email and SMS reminders ahead of your renewal date. We recommend that you review:

    • your cover
    • personal/company information
    • renewal price
    • payment details

Providing you don’t make any changes, and we don’t tell you otherwise, payment will be taken using the same details as before.

    Cancelling your policy

If you’d like to cancel an insurance policy, you’ll need to contact us on 0330 159 1508. Lines are open Monday – Friday, 8am to 8pm, and Saturday, 9am to 2pm.

Providing a claim has not been made, notified or outstanding, it is possible to cancel your insurance at any time. A cancellation fee of £35 may be charged. A refund may be due if you have paid your premium in full in advance.
