In your AXA Account you can:

  • check your cover
  • have instant access to emergency helpline numbers

Easy access to your policy documents

It's so easy to stay with AXA. As long as everything's correct, you may not even have to lift a finger to take our annual travel insurance again. We send you an email reminder so you can review your cover and renewal price, and make sure all details are correct and up to date - particularly for medical conditions. If you don't tell us otherwise, your policy will renew automatically, payment will be taken using the same method as before, and you'll have the peace of mind of AXA multi-trip insurance for another year.

 

Cancellations and refunds

To cancel your travel insurance, please call 0330 024 1307. We’re here to help Monday to Friday 8am to 8pm, Saturday 9am to 5pm, Sunday and Bank Holidays 10am to 4pm.

 

Cancellations following travel or claim

We do not offer any refund if anyone named on your policy has travelled or there’s been a claim on your policy.

 

Annual multi trip policies

Cancellations within 14 days

If you change your mind within 14 days of the start of your annual multi trip policy, you can cancel it back to the start date. We’ll return your payment in full. In effect, this means that we did not provide travel insurance. This is your statutory right to cancel.

Cancellations after 14 days

We do not offer any refund for cancellation of annual multi trip policies after 14 days.

 

Single trip policies

Cancellations before the start date

If you cancel your single trip policy before the start date, we’ll return your payment in full. In effect, this means that we did not provide travel insurance.

Cancellations after the start date

We do not offer any refund for cancellation of single trip policies after the start date
