We’re here to take your call:

  • Monday to Friday: 8am to 8pm
  • Saturday: 9am to 5pm
  • Sunday: 9am to 4pm

Cancellations following travel or claim

We do not offer any refund if anyone named on your policy has travelled or there’s been a claim on your policy.

Annual multi trip policies

Cancellations within 14 days

If you change your mind within 14 days of the start of your annual multi trip policy, you can cancel it back to the start date. We’ll return your payment in full. In effect, this means that we did not provide travel insurance. This is your statutory right to cancel.

Cancellations after 14 days

We do not offer any refund for cancellation of annual multi trip policies after 14 days.

Single trip policies

If you cancel your single trip policy within 14 days of purchase date, we’ll return your payment in full. In effect, this means that we did not provide travel insurance.

Cancellations after the start date

We do not offer any refunds for cancellation of single trip policies after the start date.
