Contacting the 24/7 health support line

You don’t have to be an existing AXA Health member to access the 24/7 health support line. All AXA business insurance customers and their employees have free access to this service.

When you need to contact the team just call the number below and state the kind of healthcare professional you need to speak to, such as:

  • A qualified counsellor
  • Midwife
  • Nurse
  • Pharmacist

Once you’ve done that, you’re all set – simply keep an eye on your inbox for an email with all the details of the professional you will be speaking to, including the number you need to call and you’re all set.

What is the 24/7 health support line?

Have you ever been kept awake at night worrying about a health concern? Is a member of your team struggling to cope with work or homelife pressures and needs to speak to someone? Or perhaps you’ve received some medical test results you don’t understand?

When you’ve got a question about your health, it’s reassuring to know there’s someone on hand to talk things through with. That’s where the 24/7 health support line can help. You’ll be able to:

  • Speak to a qualified counsellor, midwife, nurse, or pharmacist quickly, at a time that suits you. Nurses and Counsellors are available 24/7, Midwives and Pharmacists are available 8am-8pm Monday - Friday, 8am-4pm Saturday and 8am-12pm Sunday.

  • Ask questions around a wide variety of issues including family health, pregnancy related questions and prescription information.

Only AXA Business Insurance product customers and their employees are eligible to use the 24/7 health support line. AXA Health reserve the right to withdraw access for AXA Business Insurance product customers and their employees at any time.
