What happens when my policy is due for renewal?

We will send you an email one month before your policy is due for renewal. You will then be able to log in to your myAXAspace account to access your renewal invitation where you can view your renewal details, and if you want, renew online.

Within myAXAspace you will have flexibility to change your policy options to reflect your travel plans for the coming year. By renewing through myAXAspace you will benefit from the 20% online discount.
The changes you make to your renewal invitation will only come in to effect from your renewal date. Please note that once you have accepted your renewal invitation you will be unable to make any changes to your current policy. If you want to make changes to your current policy, please make these changes before you accept your renewal premium.

Home Insurance

Unfortunately you cannot renew your home insurance online yet but we are working on it and this should be available in the coming months.

However, you can still renew your home insurance by calling us.
