Swiftcover is today celebrating its 20th anniversary and to mark the occasion the insurer is sending celebratory hampers to customers who have remained loyal to the brand for the last two decades.
Swiftcover launched in 2005 with a small team based in Stockton-on-Tees, Tunbridge Wells and Send and is now a major player under the AXA umbrella. The customer base has grown by over 76% in the last three years and Swiftcover now has hundreds of thousands of car and home insurance customers nationwide.
In 2005, Swiftcover became one of the first insurance brands to offer fully online cover for car insurance customers. While the insurance landscape has changed over the past 20 years, the Swiftcover ethos remains the same: simple, flexible and all online.
The brand, which is rated ‘Excellent’ on Trustpilot and has a 4.6 TrustScore, puts customer flexibility and choice first, giving them the freedom to choose their cover without any unwanted add-ons. Current and future customers can expect even greater choice of service and products that meet their needs.
