If you have purchased your insurance policy via a broker, please contact your broker to make a change.
You can make some changes to your policy in your online account. When you make these changes yourself, you won’t have to pay the normal £10 admin fee.
What can I do in my account?
The changes you can make yourself include:
- Change your current car
- Your annual mileage
- What you use your car for (e.g. your commute)
- Changing to a private number plate
- Changing your address
- Updating any driver details on your policy
- Adding an additional driver
- Adding a temporary driver
- Add optional extras, such as No Claims Discount cover

We’ll send you a renewal invitation by email at least 21 days before your policy is due to end. Only once you have this can you renew your policy in your online account.

The easiest way to send us proof of your No Claims Discount is by email. When you send this to us, please make sure you include your policy number.

After you’ve received your renewal letter
You’ll find all the details you need to cancel your policy in your renewal invitation. You can also log in to your online account to find out how to cancel.
Before you've received your renewal letter
You should be able to cancel your policy through your online account. However, we may occasionally need to talk to you before you can cancel your policy (for example, if you have outstanding actions or changes on your account).
