AXA UK & Ireland appoints Vicki Joshi as Customer and Brand Director

  • Vicki Joshi is appointed as Customer and Brand Director of AXA UK & Ireland
  • Vicki joins from KPMG where she was Customer and Digital Director for four years
  • This new role will focus on AXA’s customer experience and brand strategy

AXA UK & Ireland has announced the appointment of Vicki Joshi as Customer and Brand Director. This is a new role for the business and will see Vicki further developing AXA’s customer experience and brand strategy.

Vicki joins from KPMG where she spent the last four years working with insurance clients, including AXA UK & Ireland, to help define their customer strategies and measurement frameworks, transform their omni-channel journeys and embed customer-centric ways of working. Before KPMG, Vicki led the Customer Strategy and Experience Design practice at Nunwood where she worked with world-leading brands across a number of sectors.

Vicki will start on 10 May 2021, and report into Claudio Gienal, CEO, AXA UK & Ireland. She will also join the Extended Management Committee.
