AXA UK & Ireland appoints Gwenaël Fourré as COO

AXA UK & Ireland has today announced the appointment of Gwenaël Fourré as Chief Operating Officer from March 4, subject to regulatory approval.
Shali Vasudeva, who has been AXA UK & Ireland Chief Operating Officer for five years, will be retiring to pursue non-executive opportunities.

AXA UK & Ireland has today announced the appointment of Gwenaël Fourré as Chief Operating Officer. Shali Vasudeva, who has held the role for five years, will be retiring to pursue non-executive opportunities.

Gwenaël Fourré joins AXA UK & Ireland on 4 March¹ from AXA France, where he is currently Chief Digital Officer.

Prior to this, he was Chief Information Officer for one of the business units in AXA France and held roles at AXA Group Operations and Microsoft.
