With Profits information
How we manage our with profits business, and our 'Principles and Practices of Financial Management'
Here you can access a number of With Profits documents. There are two versions of each: AXA Sun Life and Sun Life Assurance Society. If you have a policy with us, you can tell which version you need by looking at your policy documents. These will tell you whether your policy is with AXA Sun Life or Sun Life Assurance Society. If you do not have a policy with us, you should choose the AXA Sun Life version.
In line with regulations, AXA Life provides a document about how we run our business called 'Principles and Practices of Financial Management' (PPFM). We also have a shortened version of this document called 'A guide to how we manage our with profits business'. We also have a With Profits Committee whose role is to monitor that we have complied with the PPFM. The section called "Meet the With Profits Committee" gives some details of the current members.
In addition, each year we produce a report for policyholders describing how we have complied with the PPFM over the previous year. This report is published by June 30th of the following year and you can find the latest version below. It is called our Policyholder Report on PPFM Compliance. Lastly, on a quarterly basis, we publish details of the asset mix for our With Profits Fund. The latest version is shown below, called With Profits Fund Asset Mix.
