AXA launches new travel insurance website

A new travel insurance website for customers with Lloyds TSB Added Value Accounts has been created by AXA Direct & Partnerships. This first in the market for the insurance industry is designed to assist customers to ensure they reap the full benefits of travel insurance provided via their Lloyds TSB bank account bundle – the travel insurance element of which is underwritten by AXA Direct & Partnerships.

The new online journey provides customers with comprehensive information about their particular insurance product and the ability to manage their insurance online, including the ability for the first time to make changes to their cover and register a claim online. It offers customers autonomy over their cover and is tailored to the specific type of bank account they hold.

Customers can also choose to complete their medical screening online at a time that suits them, and enjoy the privacy it offers concerning the disclosure of personal information.
