AXA Home Insurance - Home Insurance Guide.

Buildings and contents cover

AXA Home Insurance provides a standard cover of £60,000 for your contents, and £350,000 for your buildings. This means that as long as the total cost of replacing your contents as new is below £60,000 your contents will be adequately covered, and as long as the cost of rebuilding your home would be below £350,000, your home would also be adequately covered. Many household insurance products require you to work out the exact value of your contents and the exact cost of rebuilding your home. This can of course be a lot of hassle to work out, and if you do underestimate the values, you may end up having your claim proportionately reduced.

Further details of what AXA Home Insurance covers and the exclusions and limitations can be found in the policy summary and the policy booklet.
