Home Assistance (optional)

Whilst we do provide a 24/7 domestic helpline to help you out in emergency situations as standard, this doesn't include the costs of the repairs. Home Assistance provides up to £1,000 to carry out necessary emergency home repairs that aren't necessarily covered by your AXA Home Insurance policy. For example if your boiler fails, leaving you with no hot water or central heating, Home Assistance can cover the cost of the repairs as well as providing a list of approved tradespersons.
