Family legal protection (optional)

This optional cover provides access to a 24 hour legal helpline and up to £50,000 of cover for legal costs and expenses. A solicitor will be appointed for you to bring legal action against someone who has damaged your house, caused nuisance or trespass, infringed your contractual or employment rights, or injured you. You are also covered up to the limit of £50,000 for legal costs and expenses to defend motoring prosecutions and deal with tax investigations.

Access to discounted legal services such as will writing and conveyancing is also provided.
