Domestic helpline
We provide a domestic helpline which is open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. This helpline can be used in an emergency to access a list of approved tradespersons to undertake emergency home repairs. If, for instance, your boiler breaks down, you can call the domestic helpline to find an approved repairer, even though the breakdown of your boiler might not be covered by your home insurance.
