Security marking

Mark expensive items with your postcode or your name. UV pens can be used for this, but the marking can fade or be removed by chemicals. More secure marking is possible by stencil etching or forensic coding. Security marking your valuable items can deter burglars as the items will be harder to sell on and would be more likely to see them convicted if they get caught.
