Jon Walker is responsible for the development and delivery of strategic plans and objectives across AXA’s unified UK Insurance business, which encompasses both Commercial and Retail lines. He took up this role at the end of 2025, having been in charge of the Commercial business since July 2014, spanning across 12 locations and 900 employees.
Prior to that, he held a number of senior roles in the insurance industry, including Managing Director of Personal Lines within the Bluefin broking business, and Chief Executive of Retail Broking at Towergate.
Jon is also a member of the AXA UK Insurance Board, contributing to the overall strategic direction of AXA’s UK operations.
