Amanda Vaughan – Chief People Officer, AXA UK & Ireland
Amanda joined AXA UK & Ireland as the Chief People Officer in August 2025. She brings extensive experience in HR and talent development, having previously held senior HR roles at AXA Partners and AXA Group, including Chief People Officer and Chief Talent & Learning Officer. Most recently, Amanda served as Group General Manager of Culture, Capability & Talent at Westpac Bank in Australia, where she focused on cultivating leadership, driving culture change and developing future-ready skills.
