Shali joined AXA as Chief Operating Officer in March 2019. She began her career in IT outsourcing for Cap Gemini and later moved to Business Process Outsourcing in Capita and RR Donnelly.
Prior to her present position, Shali held senior roles at Hiscox and Resolution Life Group. She joined the insurance industry in 2010 as Commercial Director, and later Operations Director, at Prudential.
Shali has a master’s degree in International Management from King’s College in London and a B.Sc. in Mathematics / Statistics and Technology, and is also currently a member of the AXA Business Services board.
