Sally was appointed as Chief Customer, Communications, Brand and Sustainability Officer for AXA UK & Ireland in January 2025.
Sally brings a wealth of knowledge to AXA, with over 20 years of experience in communications, brand, customer engagement, and sustainability across the health, insurance, and FMCG sectors.
Prior to joining AXA, Sally served as Chief Communications & Sustainability Officer at Bupa, where she was instrumental in shaping the organization’s narrative, building its reputation through award-winning healthcare campaigns, enhancing employee engagement, and driving commercial success.
Before Bupa, Sally led Corporate Communications for Nestlé UK, managing the media relations, public affairs, and employee engagement initiatives. Earlier Sally had a successful career in consultancy, managing the reputations of clients such as Starbucks, the Carbon Trust, and Coca-Cola, as well as leading public health campaigns for the Department of Health and the Food Standards Agency.
