The tech that’s helping us to be happier

Mental Health Awareness Week on TalkRadio

Mental Health Awareness Week is the UK's national week to raise awareness of mental health. This year, we're sponsoring daily programming on TalkRADIO as part of the event, to inspire action and promote the message of good mental health for all. We'll be speaking to three individuals working in the field, covering topics like stress, disorders, depression, anxiety, resilience and mental health; leaving no stone unturned in our quest to bring these important issues to light.

Taking action on mental health in the workplace

Sadly there's still a big gap between how physical and mental health are regarded at work. So, we've written a white paper highlighting the value of spotting the signs, and taking appropriate action, early. Key findings include the need to foster a culture of understanding and the importance of having policies and procedures in place to help employees affected by their mental health to stay in, or return to, work.

Because our mission is to help people live better lives, helping them stay happy and healthy is very important to us - which is why we conduct an annual stress survey of the UK.
